reasons to celebrate: wedding guest inspo + pink blush CYBER WEEK sale!

it’s that time of year! i bet you thought black friday & cyber monday were over, didn’t you? well guess again…. because this year pink blush is extending their sale ALL WEEK LONG and i’m so excited to be linking you to a few of my favorite current pieces from their site! read on to see how i dressed for a contemporary rustic barn wedding, and to snag an exclusive discount code to shop the pink blush site!

i knew i had to get in on this, considering it’s their LARGEST SALE OF THE YEAR! and what better way to collaborate with one of my current favorite brands than on wedding-wear? as a mom-to-be, finding unique and beautiful maternity pieces has definitely been a challenge but i fell head over heels for this lacey empire waist gown that comes in more than NINE colors!!! the best part about this gown is that even though it’s marketed as a “maternity maxi” on the site, they show non-pregnant women as well as plus size women wearing this gown, and the description shares that it’s “meant to be worn before, during and after pregnancy.” it comes in sizes S, M, L, XL, 1X, 2X and 3X. can i get an amen!!!!!!!!!

this silhouette is flattering on anyone, and because it comes in such a wide range of colors, you can wear this for virtually any major occasion – bridal shower, baby shower, as a bridesmaid, as a wedding guest, for a maternity shoot, to your birthday party…. the list goes on! and now through 11/30 this dress (and all dresses on the site) is 40% off with the code CYBERMONDAY!

with this code comes a whole slew of discounts. you’ll receive up to 60% off sitewide, which includes 25% off tops/outerwear/jackets… 30% off bottoms/jeans… 25% off sleepwear/robes.. 30% off rompers/jumpsuits… 60% off clearance… and doorbusters starting at $10! there’s free two-day shipping for orders over $200, and 50% off shipping if you’re in canada! promotions exclude swim, intimates, baby + kids, shoes, accessories, gift cards, and doorbusters.

there is seriously SO much to choose from – but before i go on about some of my other favs, let’s take a minute to talk about how this gown fit into my life. the wedding i attended (my cousin’s) was at the barn at perona farms in sparta, new jersey. to contrast the glitzy glam look i created for last week’s CMA awards… i wanted to really fit in with the wedding venue and wear something that was ethereal, rustic, and fall-colored. the dress is fully lined for modesty (with a nice peek-a-boo touch on the sleeve) and zips up the back. i’m wearing a size medium and surprisingly enough, with the right heels (at 5 ft. tall) it didn’t even need to be hemmed! i accessorized with silver to add some glitz. these were the exact same bag & earrings that i wore with my gown to the CMA’s, and i did that purposely to show you how (depending on the dress) the right accessories can morph into whatever you need them to be. in this case, they perfectly compliment my look for a rustic fall wedding! you can shop all the pieces in this post by clicking the links below – and be sure to read on past the barn shoot for deets on the remaining two looks!

in addition to the green gown, pink blush sponsored a plaid cowl neck maternity top as well as a teal mock neck maternity mini dress, both of which i wore on my recent trip to nashville! if you follow along on instagram, you surely recognize these pieces from my recent feed. i love that they all come in many sizes & colors… it’s so tempting to buy doubles! fortunately, if you’re the kind of gal that does this (who’s with me!?) the CYBERMONDAY discount code will allow for maximum merchandise at a fraction of the price! shoutout to pink blush for this awesome collaboration, and i can’t wait to see what you all pick from this epic sale! HAPPY SHOPPING!
