how do you wear a crop top in the dead of fall? fleece vest + trucker hat! in all seriousness, this is one of my favorite looks that i wore last year while on vacation in arizona. the blog was a wee baby and i wasn’t fully focused on fashion… so this look slipped through the initial cracks, but it’s back and better than ever on the streets of nyc and i’m loving every minute of it!
patagonia vests are a guilty pleasure of mine. they’re warm, cozy, forgiving, and perfect for everyday casual-wear! this particular print is a last-season limited edition, but patagonia never disappoints with their tribal prints, and this year’s is just as spiffy. my top is an easy-to-wear long sleeved tee in a bright maroon. it looks cute with jeans but believe it or not, even better with sweats! a trucker hat is instantly elevated with texture – leather & suede are great options for fall. i topped this look off with a rose gold necklace by gorjana and some classic ugg boots with exposed fur.
